Q: Why can't I find a brand tag on your garments?
A: We've intentionally placed our brand and care tags so they don't touch your skin. The brand tag is discreetly placed on the outer placket of the hem, integrated as part of the design. The care tag is hidden on the inner facing, at the same height as the last button.

Q: What makes your silk different?
A: We use 22-momme silk, which has approximately 16% higher density compared to the 19-momme silk commonly found in the Japanese market. This results in a more beautiful drape and less transparency. Even during dry seasons or when your skin is sensitive, the natural moisturizing properties of silk help maintain your skin's hydration without feeling sticky or stuffy.

Q: How do I choose my size?
A: Currently, we offer one size only (normally S-M can fit in), designed for a relaxed, oversized fit. Please refer to our Size Guide for more details. We recommend checking the size before ordering. Q: Can I wash this at home?
A: Yes, you can. We recommend hand washing in warm water below 30℃. Please see our Care Instructions for more details.

Q: Do you charge for shipping?
A: Free shipping in Japan.

Q: Can I return or exchange items?
A: We accept returns if the size doesn't fit. If the color differs from your expectations, we offer color exchanges. (As we currently offer only one size, size exchanges are not available.) Please check our Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.
