Returns and Exchanges
If the delivered product you receive is different from what you expected, or if the product has an initial defect, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will process your return or color exchange.
Important Note on Size Exchanges
Currently, our products are produced in limited quantities and are all offered as one-size. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges due to sizing issues. If the size doesn't work for you, we can only offer a return. We appreciate your understanding.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
~ The item must be in new condition, unworn, and unwashed.
~ All original tags, packaging, and accessories (including novelties) must be included.
~ You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
Returns & Exchanges Due to Customer Preference
If you wish to return or exchange an item due to personal reasons, such as the "color not matching my expectation" or "it didn't suit me after trying it on," we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that in such cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
~ Items with clear signs of wear, odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), stains, or that have been washed.
~ Items with missing tags, damaged packaging, or incomplete accessories.
~ Items where more than 8 days have passed since delivery.
~ Sale items or any items explicitly marked as "no returns/exchanges" on their product page.
